Hi, I’m Christie!
I’m a problem-solver by profession and a seeker by nature. By day, I work with businesses and individuals to design low-code solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform; creating custom applications, automating processes, simplifying workflows, and helping teams get more done with less effort.
But CASM isn’t just about tech. It’s about the journey of learning, adapting, and growing — whether that’s building an app, wrestling with a theological question, or navigating life’s unknowns.
C.A.S.M. – Challenge. Adapt. Solve. Master.
CASM is a principle I apply both in code and in contemplation. It’s also a play on the word “chasm,” symbolizing the gaps between where we are and where we’re meant to be; the unknown, the unclear, the unexplored.
That space can feel intimidating. Whether it’s the latest trend everyone’s chasing, a complex problem that requires solutions, questions stirring deep within you, or just simple curiosity, the first step often feels like the hardest. It’s easy to freeze at the edge, imagining the worst scenarios or feeling unprepared.
But here’s the truth: most of what we fear in the unknown isn’t real, it’s just us resisting. Resisting leaving our comfort zone, resisting unknown changes because we may fail, or resisting failures because of what others might think of us. The only way to overcome our resistance is to move forward, one step at a time.
C.A.S.M. Is Your Solution
* Challenge your problems. Analyze them and break them down. Don’t run from them, face them.
* Adapt your mindset and skills to face the issues,
* Solve the issues one-by-one. Go beneath the surface
* Master your problem. Don’t let your problem be your master.
